Overall great option to stay in Jackson. We had a very clean and comfortable room. The whole hotel is was well decorated including a tree in the lobby. Front desk crew was attentive and caring. They offered to help each interaction. Breakfast in the restaurant just off the lobby was delicious. Additionally the outdoor hot tub in the courtyard is large enough for multiple guests.

Visited in late summer. Lovely, cozy, and welcoming hotel with beautiful interiors. The night view from the Perch Deck was amazing I stayed 3 nights, the mushroom omelet at breakfast was my favorite. The lobby cookies were also delicious. The rental bikes were so stylish and high-tech. The bathroom was cute, though the water pressure could be better. A bit pricey in summer, but definitely worth it in the off-season. I’d love to come back again in another season.

My wife and I had a wonderful anniversary here. The staff is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond to make you feel special. Our room was absolutely perfect and beautiful. The room service was impeccable. I can't say enough great things about this hotel and the amazing front desk staff.

One of the absolute highlights was dining at Wild Sage, quite possibly the best restaurant in Jackson Hole (and that’s saying something in this foodie town!). The award-winning cuisine features fresh, locally sourced ingredients with creative American food with great options, had the duck one night then drinks the next right by their roaring fireplace. Our server, Chris, was hands-down the best ever, one of the highest of quality people I’ve ever come across —attentive, personable, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and pairings, and made the evening feel special and effortless. He elevated what was already an outstanding meal into a truly memorable highlight of our trip. I’d come back to just go hang out with the fella! The amenities are top-tier: luxurious rooms with plush bedding, gas fireplaces, private balconies overlooking the mountains, and the renowned Body Sage Spa for ultimate relaxation, no joke one of the best messages ever. Nestled in downtown Jackson yet offering a peaceful retreat, it’s the perfect base for exploring Grand Teton, Yellowstone, or just enjoying the town’s charm. The Rusty Parrot truly sets the bar for hospitality in Wyoming—intuitive, personalized, and warm. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it for anyone seeking a luxury Jackson Hole getaway, romantic escape, or adventure-filled vacation! My wife and I always do tropical and our new favorite place is Jackson Hole!

Spa review (I did not stay at the lodge); As an athlete, the deep release with (locally sourced!?) arnica was so relieving, my face shape relaxed. First, you enter the serene lobby, then the locker room after check in. Citrus water is offered while in the waiting area, where the practitioner meets you. Garen came promptly, and guided me downstairs to the massage areas. Soft music and low lights create a warm glow feeling. During the service warm pillows, hot towels, and cold crystal masks are enjoyed. Breathing is easy, and Garden made sure to time the massage with my breaths, which is an intuitive touch sincerely appreciated. Pressure checks are frequent, throughout the massage to ensure comfort and effectiveness. After the service, you are left to get redressed and brought back to the lobby, where you may relax additionally with a delightful snack before getting ready to depart. Looking forward to my next appointment, thank you for a beautiful atmosphere & amazing energy from all of your staff. ••• Lobby aesthetic: The lobby for the hotel portion is absolutely GORGEOUS & such a wonderful portal to the spa area. “Hunter’s lodge fine art”. We had the most memorable experience at the Rusty Parrot. The staff was incredibly attentive, helpful, and happy to engage in conversation. The decor was perfectly done with no attention to detail missed. We loved our corner room which was quiet, cozy, and had every amenity we could want. The beds were comfortable, linens luxurious, and plumbing fixtures top of the line. We loved our spa experience, sitting in the hot tub looking at deer on the mountain, and all of the outdoor sitting areas. They had the best sitting areas both indoor and outdoor. The coffee and tea station with afternoon cookies was great, though the coffee could have been a little stronger! It was a very short walk to town and we were always offered hand warmers before we left. Our meal in the restaurant was excellence and truly, we had the best service we’ve ever experienced at this hotel! We will absolutely come back!

We stayed here for three nights while visiting Jackson Hole and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are beautiful, and all of the staff were very friendly. We ate at the hotel restaurant every day for breakfast as well as once for dinner, and every meal was excellent. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea that was made available all day, as well as the delicious cookies that were put out in the evening. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

This place embodies hospitality. Our 5 person family had the most amazing experience. The facility is so nice, cozy and beautiful. Service was first class all around. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. Attention to every detail was exceptional. The food is a cut-above. Do not miss out on the breakfast here. Everything on the menu is delicious.
